I’m Charlie
With over a decade of experience in strength training, CrossFit, yoga, and calisthenics, I discovered something most programs miss:
It’s not about training hard, it’s about training with awareness.
Calisthenics gave me the framework to move better, recover faster, and build strength without breaking down. But it wasn’t until I combined it with the breath, stillness, and precision I learned from yoga that everything clicked.
That’s what I’ve built inside THENICS LAB.
A method that strikes the balance between structure and intuition.
Between strength and control.
Between pushing your limits and actually listening to your body.
Whether you’re new to calisthenics or deep into your practice, this is a space to train smarter — and grow together.
Starting Calisthenics
It can be confusing at first.
When you start going down the calisthenics rabbit hole there’s some wildly unheard of moves like the planche, front-lever, tuck L-Sit, straddle handstand… the list goes on.
And if you want to learn skills while building strength or muscle (or both), what’s the best way to approach that? Maybe you start on some program but don’t feel like you’re progressing towards skills.

Structured workouts to help you progress
If you prefer 1-on-1 coaching, I’ll build you a structured training plan, tailored specifically to your goals and current mobility and strength levels. I’ll encourage you to listen to your own body and intuitively understand when you should divert from the plan. I’ll give you skill progressions, detailed video instruction guides on how to perform each exercise, and review any and all videos of your progress along the way. We’ll build up your strength, mobility, AND skills in a way that’s optimal and makes sense for you. Together, we’ll turn you into a calisthenics BEAST.
