  • You’ll get access to the Thenics Lab app where I deliver a customized program, tailored for you. If at any point in your workout you have a question, you’ll be able to message me and I’ll help you out wherever you’re stuck or need more guidance.

    The program will combine calisthenics strength & skill progressions with Yoga & mobility flows.

    There are class portions, and weekly check-ins to ensure progression. You’ll also receive lifetime access to the Thenics Lab discord community so you can be with like-minded people on a similar journey.

  • Honestly, it should be more like 2-3 hours per week. Most workouts are 30 minutes or less, and you’re only working out 4 days per week (from home!)

    The extra time is accounting for any added mobility / stretching / skill work you might want to add as you naturally adapt to a fitness protocol that fits your life.

  • Absolutely. You’d be shocked at the amount of ways you can challenge your body from home, with just a Yoga matt and common furniture like chairs and couches.

    The only equipment you may want to consider buying are a Yoga mat and something to pull on (like a pull-up bar or rings with door anchors).
